Fees

Any potential residents, or their appointee, are requested to arrange an appointment with our administration team to discuss  Shenstone Hall as a suitable home, taking into the account the residents individual  care needs.

Potential residents  are advised to visit and spend time in and around the home to promote a smooth transition into the home and assess the homes suitability for the potential resident 

 

Before the admission date is confirmed;

  •       We require anyone coming into the home to sign all contracts

  •       Complete a direct debit mandate form          

  •       Pay 4 weeks fees in lieu of care

     

Please note that fees are set by our Management Team  and are based on the room taken

  •       Fees start at £900.00 per week

Additional costs may apply for ;

  •       Private chiropody 

  •       Hairdressing

  •       Therapeutic services​​    

  •       This is not an inclusive list

Accommodation vacated for holidays, or hospital visits/admissions will be held for a maximum of four weeks and only continued  payment secures placement at Shenstone Hall, after this time the room may be re-allocated and the room lost if payment is not maintained.
